My Story
"One life, many chapters."
Everyone has a story. This is mine.
Recognized as a corporate innovator and change agent, I have spent my career cultivating work environments where individuals and businesses thrive. I am no stranger to life’s pressure, where family expectations have been high since I was young. Like all immigrants, I am well aware that I represent more than just myself but the entire community. I am mindful of the importance of diversity and inclusion. Right out of university, I worked with the US Air Force, a predominantly male-dominated environment specializing in Flight Simulator Facilities. This is where I established my character and voice.
I am a citizen of the world with a wealth of life experience. Having lived in San Francisco, New York, Seattle, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and now Singapore, I have had the privilege of working with diverse cultures, languages, and ways of life. My adaptability and curiosity have enabled me to thrive in each new and unique setting where I always welcome and appreciate different points of view.

I have always thrived as a leader, refusing to be restrained by my age. These qualities enabled me to become the Chief Representative of an international interior design firm by the age of 29. I subsequently led a Fortune 500 real estate firm to be amongst the highest-earning revenue units in the North Asia region while also juggling motherhood as a single mom.
I have been promoted up the corporate ladder and exceeded aggressive financial targets. I have grown regions until they also became key contributors to international corporations. Throughout my corporate journey, I have refused to conform to the traditional expectations of senior management by merely producing numbers. To put it simply, I have a record of leading by innovation and creative solutions.
From my 27 year global career and leadership journey, I have experienced the struggles of corporate life. I have reached the heights of success. I have been a mentor and coach to countless young leaders, just like you. I am ready to share with you my experience of working in high-pressure environments and inspire you to carve out your own rewarding career.
As a certified Executive Organizational Coach and Executive Presence Consultant, I now devote my time and unbounded energy to coaching professionally, where I assist leaders like you in maximizing their performance and reaching their true potential.
